Extremely versatile and flexible, DIG's 1/4 in. x 500 ft. Emitter tubing with 12 in. spacing provides several advantages over other irrigation methods, utilizing low cost, small diameter drip line that can be used in any part of the garden for a water-efficient drip irrigation system. The micro drip line's cylindrical labyrinth-like drip emitters are built into the interior wall of the 1/4 in. micro tubing at 12 in. spacing. The micro drip line can be installed in a wide range of above ground application layouts or used under mulch or bark to conserve water or for aesthetic reasons. The drip line is designed to be extended from the 1/2 in. drip tubing or micro tubing using a 1/4 in. barb or connected to DIG's 4 or 6 outlet drip manifolds. The drip line can also be used in planter boxes, vegetable gardens, window boxes, raised beds or coiled around individual plants or trees. It's also ideal for narrow planting areas or anywhere total saturation is desired along the drip line path, where it can prevent the discoloration of fences, windows and walls due to sprinkler overspray.
